Smith, AR and Jeremy Jack of Wilburton; his stepson Michael Morgan of Wilburton; his grandchildren, Kylie Jack of Wilburton, Madison Elliot of Wilburton, Libby Calvin Jack of Amarillo, Allie Sasnett, Kamber Smith of Yukon, Jayden Hamilton of Ft. Smith and Jarrah of Florida; his sister-in-law Debbie Baxter of Wilburton; and his sister Trenda (Elgie Hosay) of McAlester. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
