He is survived by: his wife Kim Oliver; his children, Cole Oliver (Patricia) of Alexander, Destiny Hiatt (JT) of Edmond and James Dalton Maxey (Annie) of McAlester, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Carolyn Pendland (Johnny) of Princton, Neta Davis and Sue Maxey. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren.
