She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Hunt and Vera Opal Hunt (Hale); her husband Robert Bloxham; her son David; her sister Jean Flowers; and her stepson Gary Gene Bloxham.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Bloxham (Sally) of Wilburton; her grandchildren, Ryan Bloxham of Oklahoma City and Amanda Jones (A. J.) of Stidham; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Jaron, Ayden, Christian, Jordan, Adam, Abigail, Eli and Nathan; and her nieces and nephews, Erin, Shawn, Yesterday, Sheila, Stanley and Kenny.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to Hospice of McAlester, 801 E. Wyandotte Avenue, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501.
