It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle Sheffler of Wilburton, Oklahoma, born in Monrovia, California, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Toal and Dorothy Toal (Shepard); her sisters, Carroll Allen (Bob) and Sharon Freeman (Paul); and her granddaughter Courtney Brooke Dunn.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Sheffler; her daughters, Sandra Johnson (Dewayne) of Wilburton and Sheryl Southerland (Joe Don) of Velma, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Kelisha Johnson, Kolton Johnson and Tristen Dunn (Kelcey Wright). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
Services under the direction of Waldrop Funeral Home, Wilburton, Oklahoma. The family asks that anyone attending to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
