He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Harley and Rosa Lee Harley (Parker); his sister Sharon Crank; and his grandparents, Leo Harley, Lena Battice, Emerson Parker and Eve Parker (Wilson).
He is survived by: his daughters, Rosa Deanne Harley Rhodd of Raleigh, NC and Tammy Minks (Tony) of Nevada; his grandchildren, Bryce, BrieAnna, Malia, Knatiyah, Steven Jr., Nathan, Brayden and Addison; his great grandchildren, Braylon and Milani; and his siblings, Janet Massey of Talihina, Alfreda Harley of Broken Bow, Alfred Harley Jr. of Okmulgee, Debbie Wesley (Jimmy) of Wright City, Doug Harley (Tammy) of Talihina and Leslie Harley of Wilburton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Choctaw Veterans Cemetery.
