She is survived by: her children, Billy Ray Carter Jr. of Eufaula, Bruce Carter of La Porte, Texas, Judy Edwards (Tom) of McAlester, Freda Buckner (Jim) of Sands Springs, Rita Winslow of McAlester and Andrea Johnson (Philip) of Sweeny, Texas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
