He is survived by: his sons, Terry Douglas of Sapulpa, Keith Douglas of Sapulpa, Tom Lindell of Wilburton, B. J and Bailey; his daughter-in-law Jackie Wallace of Wilburton; his daughters, Frankie Cowser of Sayre, Sandra Giller of Sayre, Lawanna Bland of Salina, Rhonda Ornelas of Carter and Holly Bladsoe of Amarillo, TX; and his grandchildren, Charlotte Ritchie, Dana Brasuell, Starla White, Joseph White, Brooklyn Wallace and James Chauncey. He is also survived by loving grandkids and great grandkids and other family and friends.
