He is survived by: his wife Dora Mangrum of Sulphur, OK; his stepson Al Neal (Janet) of Arlington, TX; his daughter Angel Mangrum of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings, Geral Mangrum (Pattie) of Atoka, OK and Diana Payne (Tommy) of Ore City, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
