It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candy Eileen Bennett of Wilburton, Oklahoma, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Clarence Nolen; and her siblings, Paul Cephus Nolen, Richard Nolen, Jim Nolen, Luther Nolen and Maxine Higgins.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Tate (Jeff) of San Antonio and Anthony Whisenhunt (Kendra) of Wilburton; her siblings, Willene Abbott of Hodgen, Oklahoma and Everett Nolen (Karen) of Poteau, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Marisa, Ethan, Jaxton, Ezekial, Linsey and Easton; her great grandchildren, Raelynn and Justin; and her niece Sherri Hough of Hodgen. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
