He was predeceased by: his mother Annette Shouse (Foster); and his son Jeremy Williams. He is survived by: his father Wayne Shouse of Jones, Oklahoma; his wife Letha Shouse; his children, Matthew Elledge (Ashley) of Wilburton, Annette Shouse of Jones and Rebecca Calicote of Missouri; and his brother Wayne Shouse Jr. (Misty) of Meeker, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
