She is survived by: her husband Scotty Duggan; her children, Jason Duggan of Wilburton, Dustin Duggan of Wilburton, Justin Duggan of Quitman, Nicole Sumpter (Darrin) of Howe and Cheryl Duggan of Wilburton; her mother Wanda Robison Ryan (James); and her siblings, Janie Denton of Sallisaw, Joyce Smith (Albert) of LeFlore, Brenda Luton (Lyn) of Poteau, John Robison (Julie) of Heavener, Mary Dennis (Marcus) of Oologah, Anita Houston of Wilburton, Jerry Duggan (Debbie) of Summerfield, Billy Duggan (Lisa) of Wilburton, Tammy Ketcher (Robert) of Wilburton, Roy Duggan of Panola, Lacinda Gilby (James) of Quitman and Chester Duggan of Tulsa. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
