He is survived by: his wife Melba McDonald; his stepchildren, Waylin Ott (Kim), John McAlester (Tonya), Robert Ott (Kathy), Michael Ott (Heather) and Sabrina Ivey (Doug II); his brother Toby Ezekiel; his grandchildren, Zachary Ott, Keith Cude (Anastasia), Ashton Ott, Doug Ivey III, Micah Ott, Johnathan Ott, Abigail Ott, Clay McAlester (Niki), Clint McAlester and Lauren Davis (J. T.); and his cousin Nola Jean Irwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
