He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivas Underwood and Virginia Underwood (Huggins); and his brother Ivas "Tim" Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Carolene Underwood; his daughters, Regina (Glenn Ballard), Carmie (Kris Powell) and Serena (Brad Owens); his grandchildren, Rocky (Penny Ballard), Travis (Kara Ballard), Blake (Nikki Powell), Paige (Cole Stancell), Makayla, Kash and Isabella Owens; his great grandchildren, Brinlee, Rouger, Ryder, Kinzly, Braxton, Lakyn, Keegan, Alyssa and Shawn; his siblings, Mary (Gary Drake), Elizabeth Self of Whitefield and Wayne; and his sister-in-law Kay Underwood of Pocola.
