He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Dunham and Holly Dunham of Whitefield; his son Kasen Dunham; his siblings, Mason Dunham of Whitefield and Bailee Dunham of Whitefield; his grandparents, Rita Dunham and T. Coplen of Kinta; his niece Payton Nora Dunham of Whitefield; and his close friend Jake Fobber. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
