He is survived by: his wife Joyce Parker; his sons, Randy (Deanna Parker) and Greg Parker of Whitefield; his grandchildren, Braxton Osborn of Whitefield, Brandi, Adam Skokowski of Edmond, Brittani, Jake Phillips of New Castle, OK. and Kaylen Parker of Stigler; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Caroline; his siblings, Leon Parker of Elk City, Don (Patty Parker) and Helen; and his brother-in-law Jerry McClain of Savanna.
