He was predeceased by: his parents, Adler Haskins Jr. and Mary Frances Noe Haskins; his former wife Charletta Haskins; his siblings, Mike Haskins and Jana Evans; and his mother-in-law Ruby Womack.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Womack; his sons, David Haskins (Vickie) of Shawnee, OK and Mike Haskins (Kristin Haskins) of Earlsboro, OK; and his stepchildren, Kent, Dana Roulston of Wewoka, OK, Shelly, Randy Elmore of Tecumseh, OK, Raneice Cooper and Rodney of Wewoka, OK.
