He was predeceased by: his grandparent Virgil Irby Spencer Sr.. He is survived by: his grandparent Ida Mae Spencer; his aunts, Mildred Alexander and Earnestine Wiggins; his uncle Earnest McElwee; his parents, Sybilean Spencer and Virgil Spencer Sr.; his grandmother Mable Alexander; his siblings, Shelia Spencer (Ray) of Las Vegas, Tammy Spencer of Fallin, Michael Spencer of Seminole, Keith Spencer and Arlon Cooper; his aunt Mary Smith; his uncle Curtis Alexander (Evetta) of Wewoka; his friend Regina Huntley; and also, Velma Edwards, Rudgie Caldwell of Oklahoma City, Virginia Reynolds of Tulsa and Jessalyn Smith. He is also survived by his mother, father, sisters, and grandmother.
