Thomas of Wewoka; his daughters, Jade Thomas and Janessa Thomas; the mother of his children Jessica Orr of Paden, His; his father David Thomas (Denise Moore); his sister Andrea Dean; his niece Kylie Dean; and his nephew Ian Dean of Alaska. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
