She was predeceased by: her son Bryan; and her grandson Zachary Tollett. She is survived by: her husband Fred Wendell; her son Eric; and her siblings, Ricky Cain (Theresa) of Hennessey, Terry Cain of Wellston and Kelly Choate of Hennessey. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson.

At the family's request, in lieu of flowers please make donations to St Jude's Hospital.
