She was predeceased by: her parents, Vonnie Lee and Jewel Faye Roberson of Holdenville; her brother Ferris of Texas; her children, Kenneth Tallant (Karen Cravens), Janice (Billy Conn), Wetumka, Diana (Keith Claybrook) of Wewoka, John Brooks IV of Oklahoma City, Robin Brooks and Palm Springs; her grandchildren, Christopher Conn of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jennifer Conn of Seminole, Todd Tallant (Ashley) of Blanchard, Chadd Claybrook (Lisa) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Courtney Ward (Chadd) of Wewoka and Kristin Whitlock (Brian Wewoka); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Case, Cade Conn, Kameron, Syreena, Brooklyn, Ayden Tallant, Lillian, Miller Claybrook, Cole, Crosby Ward, Connor, Cooper, Carter and Evelyn Ruth Whitlock; and her friend Norma Veazey.
She is survived by: her husband Gulf Oil Proprietor; her niece Laura Brooks of Yarmouth, Maine; her sister-in-law Liz "Betty" Brooks; her friends, Mary Ann Katigan and Nina Baxter; and her cousin Billy Wayne (Carolyn Roberson) of Tulsa. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren; visiting loved ones; hairdressing and shopping with her daughters; bravely traveling alone to wherever her youngest daughter.
