He is survived by: his mother Betty Jane Burnett Vanworth of Wewoka, Oklahoma.; his children, Angela Ropchan, Shana Gonsman and Tammy Drugovich; his grandchildren, Tanner VanWorth, Madelyn Drugovich, Sofia Drugovich, Abigail Terrasas, Keaton Ropchan, Briar Keeler, Aurie Gonsman and Cyrus Gonsman; his great grandchild Anza Terrasas; and his sister Connie VanWorth of Wewoka.
