He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Albert Streater and Racheal Clair Streater (Coley); his wife Phyllis Streater; and his siblings, Winifred Bell, Betty Lou Killion, Tommie Jo Dixon, Elsa Theresa Moon, Albert Streater, Haskell Streater and Jerry Dale Streater.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Brett Streater (Lori) of Wewoka and Larry Bart Streater of Oregon; his grandchildren, Jessie Tate Streater (Wendy) of Wewoka, Richard Tanner Streater (Skyler) of Choctaw and Alexis Chanthavisouk (Kyle) of Edmond; his sisters, Saundra Kay Anderson of Wewoka and Dalphy Morton (Ralph) of Wewoka; and his niece Stacy Morton of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stout-Phillips Funeral Home (409 S Wewoka Ave, Wewoka, OK 74884). Viewing was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Freewill Baptist Church (123 N Oak St, Holdenville, OK 74848).
