He is survived by: his parents, Joanne Smith and Jerry Wurtz of Wewoka, OK; his wife Tonya Wurtz of Wewoka, OK; his children, Robert Silva of Wewoka, OK, Railyn (Jeffery Sanderson), Richard (Christi Wurtz), Shannon (Marcus Hill) and Tiffany Wurtz (Avondre Bruner); his grandchildren, Robert Silva Jr., Kalab Silva, Ashston McElroy, Jase Tunstall, Hunter Wurtz, Jaidan Shaw, Easton Wurtz, Skylar Silva, Heavenli Hill, Josiah Hill, Hunter Sanderson, Parker Sanderson, Sarah Faye Hill, Grace Sanderson, Colton Sanderson, Abigail "Tiny" Hill and DeAndre Bruner; his great grandchildren, Brittian Silva, Auden Silva, Paislee Wadell and Zaiden McElroy; and his siblings, Debrae (Pat Brumley), Gary Wurtz of Wewoka, OK, Sherri Jackson of Wewoka, OK and Matthew (Shannon Smith).
