He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryce Comstock and Ora Dee Potter Comstock; and his siblings, Denysol Comstock and Delores Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Voletha "Dolly" Marie Comstock; his children, Donna Cofer (James Cofer Jr.) of Holdenville, OK and James Bryce Comstock of Marietta, OK; his grandchildren, James Cofer III, Amy of Wewoka, OK and Samye Jo Comstock of Tulsa, OK; and his great grandchild Xoiegh Jane Comstock of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
