She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henderson and Daisy Jones (Keirsey); her husband Daddy Bob (Robert H. Newman); her son Bobby Newman; and her siblings, Alta Mae Parker, Imogene Davis, Audrey Ann Kolen, Velma Violet Lopez, Garland H. Jones, Kenneth Earl Jones and Wayne Jones.
She is survived by: her son Larry Newman (Brenda Newman); and her grandchildren, Parrie Bayles of Lake, Shelli, Brandon Jones of Fulton, MO, April, Jerry Mason of Tecumseh, OK, Sommer, Jimmy Whitlock of Eufaula, OK, Tessa and Tyler Tate of Seminole, OK. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stout-Phillips Chapel (409 S Wewoka Ave, Wewoka, OK 74884). A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery.
