It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nell Starr (Wewoka, Oklahoma), born in Talihina, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Billie Sr. and Louisa Billie (Cosar); her husband Daniel Starr; her children, Terry, Michael, David Starr and LaQuita Starr; her grandson John David Starr; her great grandchild Malachi Armstrong; and her brothers, Joseph Daniel Billie, Otis Moses and George Hulbutta.
She is survived by: her brother John Billie Sr. of Sayre. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
