He is survived by: his wife Virginia Stafford of Yeager; his family Smith Oil; his son Terry Lee Smith of Wewoka, OK; his grandchildren, Chad (Brandi Smith), Jennifer (Stephen Caldwell), Tracy Powell of Seminole, OK, Trina Carter of Holdenville, OK, Chris (Lacey Smith), Craig Smith and Brandon (Hannah Smith); and his brothers, Kayle Smith of Wewoka, OK and Bob (Anna Smith). He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
