He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Ross Quattlebaum and Ruth Ann Zimms; his daughter Donna Lee; and his brothers, Gale, Dale and Dean.
He is survived by: his son Douglas Lee; his wife Darlene; his son Doug (Connie) of Leedey; his sister Agnes Wing of Guymon; and his grandchildren, Kelly Manke (Brandon) of Watonga, Randy Smith of Edmond, Amanda Johnston (Rusty) of Glenpool, Brady Smith (Chelsea) of Oklahoma City, Kent Quattlebaum (Samantha) of Leedey, Donny Smith (Candy) of Leedey and Brandy Thompson (Taylor) of Leedey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
