He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Edward Stevens and Dovie Rachel Ford Stevens; and his sister Ruth Ann Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Smith; his daughter Lorna Stevens (David Johnson) of Wewoka, OK; his grandchildren, Samantha and Jeremiah Stanfill; his great grandchildren, Parker, Preston Stanfill, Lora Johnson and Harley Johnson; his son David Stevens (Gwen) of Springfield, MO; his grandsons, Johnathan Stevens and Jonah Cobb of Springfield; his daughter Naoma Davis (Gary) of Wewoka, OK; his grandson Tyler Davis (Kristen) of Purcell, OK; his great grandchildren, Granger Davis of Purcell, OK and Travis Davis (Jasmin) of San Diego, CA; and also Travis Dayven Davis of San Diego, CA.
