He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Factor and Harriet Factor (Wise); his granddaughter Elizabeth Carbitcher Johnson; and his siblings, Bill Factor Jr., Sandra K. Littleman and Roy Factor.
He is survived by: his wife Jerri Factor (Jones); his children, Shawn Jones (Kimberly) of Konawa, OK and Karen Factor of Bowlegs, OK; his grandchildren, John Cedartree and Lillian Cedartree; his great grandchild Adan Johnson; and his brother Wesley Factor of Seminole.
