He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dewey Leonard and Mamie Mae Anderson; his siblings, Sharon Leonard and Gary Leonard; and his son Little Jerry Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Ruriko Dreste; his daughter Theresa Bradley of Tulsa; his grandson Cody Bradley of Tulsa, OK; his son Ian Leonard; his grandsons, Lucan Leonard and Oliver Leonard; his sister Cathy Leonard; his niece Sabrina; and his nephews, Kyle, Phillip, Bertin, William and Stephan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
