He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Sr. "Red" Treat and Frances Treat (Stewart) of Wewoka, OK.; his wife Leona "Sue" Treat; his daughter Debbie; and his siblings, Wanda, Lonnie Jr., Bob and Ronnie.

He is survived by: his daughter Belinda; his granddaughter Stacie Stromberg (Walter); his great grandchild Kylie; and his brother Bill.
