He is survived by: his children, Makala Pack-Johnson of Wewoka, Kamya Smith, Ryleigh Sluder, Kaysen Johnson, Mason Johnson, Kamauri Smith, Braedyn Sluder, Carter Sluder and Kamerson Sluder (Amanda Sluder); his siblings, Stephanie Johnson of Wewoka and Jeremy Johnson (Brittanie Johnson) of Wewoka; and his nephews, Tyson Walker of Duncan, Jaiden Johnson of Wewoka, Jailee Johnson of Wewoka, Piper Gore and Easton Gore. He is also survived by other family member and friends.
