He is survived by: his wife Donnie of Wewoka; his children, Nicole Ward (Stacy) of Spencer, OK, Curtis O'guinn II (Reginaof), Sereta O'guinn-Jacene (Craig) of Wewoka, OK, Earl Carolina Jr. (Marcie) of Shawnee, OK, Blake Carolina (Jessica) and Nevaeh Williams of Wewoka, OK; and his siblings, Ronald O'guinn and Frances Ruttledge (Artis) of California. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
