He is survived by: his parents, David Murphy of California and Janice Sinclair (Courtney) of Oregon; his children, Doug Murphy of Washington, Emmitt Murphy of Oregon, Cris Murphy, Jr. of Wewoka and Jennifer Willerson of Tennessee; his stepchildren, Danny Belt of Tennessee and Mary Belt of Georgia; and his siblings, Rick, Sam, Freddie and Terry. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
