He is survived by: his parents, Billy "Buster" Carl Parks and Louetta Marie Parks (Clark); his siblings, Billy Joe Parks of Sweden, Vickie North, Ray North Jr. of Little and Pammie Fent of Carlsbad, NM; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Smith of Wewoka, Ray North, III (Lori) of Jenks, Krystal Bryant of Wewoka and Whitney Pettes of Carlsbad, NM.. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
