She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burnett and Grace Burnett (White); her former husband Sonny VanWorth; her husband Ray Van Worth; her son Ronald VanWorth; and her siblings, Alice Richaud, Patsy VanWorth, Homer Burnett and Alvis Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis VanWorth of Santa Maria, CA, Connie VanWorth of Wewoka, OK and Beth Jarrett of Bakersfield, CA; and her grandchildren, Tammy Drugovich, Angela Ropchan, Shana Gonsman, Robert Crabtree, Sonny Crabtree, Joseph Jarrett and Dr. Jaime Jarrett. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
