He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvelle Gene McDowell and Beatrice McCoy McDowell; and his brother Ricky McDowell. He is survived by: his daughter Misty Isaacs; his grandchildren, Daxton Isaacs, Addison Isaacs, Easton Isaacs and PJ McDowell; and his nephew Quinton McDowell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
