He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Parker and Laura Parker; and his siblings, Phillip Duane Parker, Loneta Turner, Donald Frye and Geneva Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Waynetta Cass (Mike), Bruce Parker (Joy), Barry Parker (Angie) and Mark Parker (Sherry); and his brother James Rex Parker (Verneil). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren with 7 spouses and 16 great grandchildren.
