He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Fraser Sr. and Janie Fraser; and his grandparents, Jack and Bonnie Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fraser; his children, Cody Fraser, Colby Fraser, Keana Mullins, Kylee Smith, Kalyssa Smith and Kaylee Smith; his granddaughter Iris Fraser; his siblings, Janet Fraser and Jerry Durkee; and his nephews, Andrew, Zachary, Patrick, Justin and Johnathan. He is also survived by his wife's mother and siblings.
