It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Leon Shelby of Wetumka, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Shelby and Leathia Emery Shelby; his spouse Ferlinda Kay Carr; and his siblings, Sharon Jean Smith, Evelyn Renee' Albert (Dennis), Lynn Wilson, Clarence A. Hicks, Kenneth W. Johnson and Ronnie E. Carson Emery. He was also cherished by several other relatives and many friends.
