He is survived by: his sons, John Curtis (Cari) of Wetumka and Perry Curtis (Elizabeth "Betsy") of Wetumka; his siblings, Bob, Jim Riley, Joyce Anderson and Toni Gaches; his grandchildren, Jordan Curtis, Carli Curtis, Logan Curtis and Catelyn Curtis; and his great grandchild Rhyder Curtis.
