She is survived by: her children, David Smith of Wetumka, Ron Smith (Rolanda) of Shawnee and Phyllis Montgomery of Wetumka; her brother Earnest Burkes, Jr. of Borger, Texas; and her grandchildren, Kim Freeman, Gary Smith, Dana Dimson, Julie Inslee, Brooke Reyna, Bryce Smith and Geordan Smith. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
