He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Culley and Josephine Prince (Foley); his son Chadwick James Culley; and his brother Charles Ray Foley. He is survived by: his children, Kyle "Stenjoddi" Dean Culley (Amber) and Neysha Lee Culley of Mesa City, Iowa; his siblings, Darrell Duane Mooney of Wetumka, Debbie Wilbourn of Wetumka, Donna Power (Stephanie) of Shawnee, Jennifer Yahola (Lewis) of Wetumka and Angie Buxton (Chance) of Seminole; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Tylianna and Harmony. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
