He was predeceased by: his sister Helen. He is survived by: his friend Herman Brown; his daughters, Brandi Givens (Thomas Canard) of Muskogee, Nicole Lefthand of Ft. Worth, TX and Rachel Johnson (Cindy) of Shawnee; and his brothers, Robert Sacredhorse and David (Sharon Johnson) of Newcastle. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
