He is survived by: his parents, Michael Pack and Darrellyn Pack (Seeley) of Wetumka; his children, Jaxson, Jayden, Jace of Wetumka and Makala of Wewoka; his brother Michael Pack (Kylie) of Wetumka; his nieces and nephews, Jozeph, Iva and Joshua Pack (Ashley) of Colorado; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Daxton and Kimberlyn; his sister Sharon Guinn (Billy Ray) of Wetumka; his nieces and nephews, Blake, Avery and Olivia; and his grandparents, Dee, Coleena Pack of Wetumka and Linda Seeley of Wetumka. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and dear friends.
