She was predeceased by: her parents, William Maas and Gertrude Maas (Huchburger); and her husband Howard Phipps of Weleetka. She is survived by: her children, William (Stacy) of Weleetka, Debbie Jones (Marvin) and David Phipps (Jackie) of Wetumka; and her sister Benita Babeckis of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
