He is survived by: his wife Carol Herrod; his sisters, Glenda Fixico (Charlie) of Albuquerque and Christine Herrod of Denver, Colorado; and his stepgrandsons, Manuel and Isaiah Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
