He was predeceased by: his parents, Fisk Davidson Smith and Victoria Smith (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Mildred Smith; his children, David Smith of Wetumka, Ron Smith (Rolanda) of Shawnee and Phyllis Montgomery of Wetumka; and his grandchildren, Kim Freeman, Gary Smith, Dana Dimson, Julie Inslee, Brooke Reyna, Bryce Smith and Geordan Smith. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
