He is survived by: his former wife Carol Colene Gann; his wife Colene Pack; his children, Scott Pack (Kirsten) of Wetumka, Debra McDaniel of Holdenville, Lannie Gail Collins (Greg) of Buffalo, Kathy Flint (Don) of Holdenville and Nina Stapp (Bryan) of Wetumka; his brothers, Denver "Dee" Pack (Coleena) of Wetumka and Harvey Pack (Violet) of Wetumka; his grandchildren, Donna Anderson, Michael McDaniel, Brooke, Bill McCarron, Cody, Lauren Collins, Dylan, Ashley Stapp, Stan, Allie Stapp, Audy, Angela Stapp, Kasey Pack, Wyatt Pack, Erin, Anthony Logan, Caleb Mills and Jacob Mills; and his great grandchildren, Garrett Anderson, Makena Anderson, Chloe Collins, Kit Collins, Maggie McCarron, Liam Stapp, Sawyer Stapp, Easton Stapp, Jaden Stapp, Braden Stapp, Caden Stapp, Haden Stapp and Oakley Logan.
